So, I figured out I need to have a process to work on my physical activity, or I just won’t do it. I’m starting off slow, so I’ll do the 2010 program, which is ten days of ten minute workouts. Following that, I’ll do the 2020 program, which is ten days of twenty minute workouts.

So I started yesterday, and it nearly killed me, but I lived to tell the story! It’s a great way to get going again, and there are several sets of workouts I can turn to from there. It’s a start!
